A global organisation is in a position to strengthen their finance team with an Assistant Accountant that will ideally have a strong reconciliations background,and a professional, effective work ethic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following day to day activities:
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Month end reporting
Accounting compliance
Provide monthly profit and loss analysis
Preparation of BAS returns
Fixed assets exposure
Ad hoc duties
To be successful you must demonstrate relevant experience in similar role, having background within ASX listed firms is beneficial due to the reporting lines, as well as having an intermediate understanding of excel.
