A highly regarded and well respected organisation located in the Parramatta district is looking for an experienced, professionally presented and well spoken Corporate Receptionist/Administration Assistant to take ownership of a front desk and support a team with various adhoc tasks
Reporting into the Corporate Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include: answering all incoming calls, meet and greet visitors, update reports, collate and process data, filing, process invoices, coordinate correspondence for the team, attend staff meetings and distribute agendas, collect, open and distribute mail, maintain office supplies and other general adhoc duties as directed
To be considered for this opportunity you must come from a solid and stable front desk Reception/Administration background, be professionally presented, well spoken, very organised, self motivated and have the ability to manage time effectively. Intermediate Word and Excel skills are a must along with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm.
