They are currently seeking to employ a Facilities Supervisor to work on a large commercial building based in the CBD. As the facility supervisor you will have experience working in a client facing role with excellent communication skills, the ability to provide a high level of customer service and excellent negotiation and problem solving skills. An understanding of building services would also be beneficial.

You will provide support to the Facility Manager from a customer service perspective ensuring that maintenance requests are followed through in a timely manner, open communication with tenants on repairs and the management of contractors on planned and preventative maintenance works.
